Use this page if you have already completed your tax-return using InstaFILE's tax software and you want to check to see if the IRS has accepted your return. This option is only accessible to individuals that chose to E-File their return. If you used our software to prepare your tax-return but you decided to mail in your return rather than E-Filing then you can not use this page to check the acceptance status of your return.

The IRS usually can provide a positive confirmation that they have accepted your tax-return in 48 hours. If it has not been 48 hours since you E-Filed your return then it is best to wait before checking your E-File status.

A small initialization window will be opened that will launch the E-File Status Login Page once you press the Continue button. If you have pop-up blocking software running it will prevent the Status page from opening.

Note: If you have pop-up blocking software installed on your computer it may prevent the tax software program from launching. If you experience problems launching the tax software then disable your pop-up blocking software and click the continue button again.
